My dear Magi... Running your $3million+ business on auto-pilot requires PROCESS MAPPING. Process mapping requires identifying by what standards we are evaluating quality. Business is a proposition accepted and delivered. Most so-called "BUSINESS" people can't articulate their proposal and certainly don't measure their ability to comport to these quality terms.
