Hi, Taylor here again.

I am twelve years old and some of you already know that from my last blog post.

Last time I was writing I was reading Dr. Joe Vitale's & Bill Hibbler's book Meet And Grow Rich. I was writing about what I was reading about masterminding, in particular what you need to have set to start. I'm still reading that book, and Ben gave me a PDF that made the whole mastermind process easy for me to follow.

I also wrote that I was going to probably start my own mastermind. Well I am starting my own mastermind, and one thing any body who wants to start a mastermind hear this: IT TAKES OTHER PEOPLE. What you first need to do is find people who want to be in the mastermind.

Hard part... Most of my twelve-year-old friends don't even know what a mastermind is. I've had to explain it, and when some people still don't understand what I'm saying about masterminding makes me feel like ripping my hair out. Another way it's hard... My friends also get off track if they don't know what it is they are supposed to be talking about even if they say they do. That's with me though trying to find people in my age group. When I talk to them it's like talking to a brick wall. They sit and nod like their listening and when you ask a question it's like "HUH?", and then I need to explain masterminding, again.

WHEN IT GOT EASIER...
When I talked to Ben he gave me a document that explained it a whole lot better than me. So the next day that I went to school and talked to my friends again they were like, "REALLY that's so cool," or, "Ohhh! That's what you were talking to me about."

Thank goodness I had someone who knew more about than anyone else I knew. Then came to finding people who could actually make it to the mastermind but of course I had to get through the impenetrable parents, their schedules and times the parents are free to talk.

So far...
I have one person in my mastermind, one person! Once I got the person I was like, "HAA!" I got my mastermind finally started. Now it has to be mapped out and planned. What time are we going to do this? How are we going to do this? Where are we going to do this. All that needs to happen now is to call everyone and see what free days and times they have.

NOTE: Make sure you have all the supplies needed for the group and make sure that the rest of the group knows what they need to. Fortunately, Ben's 1-Hour Mastermind is step-by-step simple.

What I'm trying to say here is that you don't have to be 21 to do a mastermind group. I'm starting my own, and I might as well think that many other people my age might want to.

It doesn't have to be about something about money either. Your mastermind can be about whatever you care about. It can be whatever. We're raising money for a Cape Coral animal shelter. You can encourage some one to do this like I'm trying to encourage you. Even though it might not be the easiest thing to do, try. If you try enough you will succeed, like me, and many other mastermind groups.

I tell myself, "GO OUT AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE. ONE CHANGE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD." Pardon me for yelling in ALL CAPS. I'm just reminding myself that I can be the change I want to see in others.

Here I'll make fun of Ben in how he closes his emails to me...

To your Mastermind,

Taylor
